We booked this property for two adults and two children because the listing clearly stated it could host up to seven people. Imagine our shock when we arrived and found out the apartment we assigned was not the one we reserved and it could only accommodate two people. There wasn’t even a couch to sleep on, and nothing matched the photos shown on Vrbo. For example, the listing advertised a washing machine, but there wasn’t one.That first night was awful—I tried to reach the owner, but he never answered, and I ended up sleeping on the floor. The next day, he admitted the listing was wrong (yet it still hasn’t been fixed) and brought a small bed for one of my children. I didn’t want to keep moving and waste my three days holiday so I took the bed . This was not just inconvenient—it was a painful and stressful experience for my family. We felt misled, uncomfortable, and completely let down.
