Very nice and luxurious experience. Breakfast was good, and staff was very friendly and helpful and the design of the outdoor space is very pretty. Our room was a bit smaller than what we expected based on the photos. But generally we had a very nice vacation.

Double side sea view room alert!

From Nalu Resort and Spa, we booked a room described as "double side sea view with sharing pool", The room was: - Double side, one side has the entrance door, other side a small balcony over the pool - No sea view at all (check the attached mage) when I discussed the situation with the reception, the guy guarenteed me that this is the room. It has - double side - very limited sea view (not at all, just looks to a dryed river bad) - and an entrance to shared pool. Pool of the hotel is not for swimming, just for posting instagram photos. The hoteş has small land and a lot of rooms, so the area is small. Faces to private houeses, gardens, and a river bed. Food was average. We ne ver felt comfortable, ,t is a rip off for the price.

A brilliant hotel. We felt so at peace here. We were here for a wedding nearby, and this was a piece of paradise. Set on the gorgeous beach, I could watch the waves from the pool all day. The buffet restaurant was really good too. Staff were really helpful and it was really clean. Lots of places to relax, no fight for sunbeds either. Will definitely be returning

The hotel is very new. I loved the bed! The sea view room we had was amazing to wake up to. The staff are friendly, helpful and very polite. I think there are a few areas of improvement- but NOTHING bad. Our room wasn’t cleaned everyday which was a bit annoying and we didn’t like the fact there is very little space to hang your clothes. Other than that it was fabulous. We were half board and the food was lovely. Thanks to the staff who helped me when I had an issue.

Amazing resort. Rooms were beautiful. Pools were extremely clean and the grounds were very clean. George, the young man who brought my suitcases to my room was such a sweet guy. Very thoughtful, and going out of his way to help. I would recommend this resort to anyone and I will definitely stay here in the future. Next time I come to Greece.

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem modernen, sauberen und gepflegten Resort mit direkter Strandlage. Die Anlage ist neu, weitläufig und bietet mehrere Pools. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Küche – die Speisen sind durchweg auf hohem Niveau. Etwas negativ fallen die recht hohen Getränkepreise insb. an der Bar auf. Das Personal könnte ein wenig durchgängiger entgegenkommender/freundlicher sein - nicht nur am ersten Tag. Dennoch sind auf Rückfrage alle sehr bemüht. Die Öffnungszeiten von Pool und Gym (in der Regel 8 bzw. 9–19 Uhr) werden nur vor Ort mit unterschiedlichen Zeiten kommuniziert und könnten an den Randzeiten ein wenig großzügiger gestaltet sein. Empfehlenswert ist die Halbpension mit Buffet am Abend, da die Auswahl groß und qualitativ sehr gut ist. Alternative Restaurants in der Umgebung sind nicht allzu gut und eher touristisch. Etwas mehr Klarheit/Stringent bei Hotelinformationen (z. B. wann wo was zu nutzen) wäre wünschenswert - auch vorab. Insgesamt aber ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach toll! Das Resort ist schön eingerichtet, und das Personal an der Bar und am Strand war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim Frühstücks- und Abendservice besteht allerdings noch Verbesserungspotenzial – hier wirkte das Team leider etwas lustlos. Die Lage des Resorts ist ebenfalls hervorragend: In nur 8 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die Altstadt von Rethymno. Wir würden nochmal herkommen, aber eher nur mit Frühstück buchen.

Magiskt!

Otroligt bra service och bemötande från incheckning tills vi lämnade hotellet. Vi bodde i ett av rummen längst ut med privat pool och egna solstolar. Vi hade halvpension bokat och kvalitet på maten var bra, samt att det var en bra variation vilket man inte alltid får vid buffé. Överlag rent och fräscht och en härlig vibe! Kan starkt rekommendera detta hotell och åker gärna tillbaka!

Jättefint hotell, hög kvalitet på mat och drinkar. Fin pool, fanns gott om solsängar. Väldigt lugn atmosfär, bara vuxna. Otroligt vänlig och serviceminded personal. Området är inte det roligaste och stranden är sådär. Väldigt lyhört, man hör trafik från gatan och andra ljud, låter nästan som att dörren till rummet är vidöppen. Dubbelsängen bestod av två sängar (twin).

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist hervorragend! Sehr abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Einziges Manko: Der Fernseher lässt sich nicht mit Apple Geräten verbinden.. Es ist zu beachten, dass im Buffet die Getränke (Wasse auch) separat berechnet werden.
