Lily's Penthouse is a modern, spacious penthouse apartment located right in the centre of Rethymno with breathtaking sea views over the rooftops of the city and the Venetian castle Fortezza. Its privileged location, close to all kind of shops, restaurants and the sandy beach, gives our guests the opportunity to explore Rethymno easily on foot.
Entering the apartment you come across the living room that has direct access to a big furnished roof terrace. The large French doors let all the natural light in making the living room area very bright. The living room area offers a corner sofa, a dining table for six people, a 55 inch Smart HD TV and a cozy fireplace.
The kitchen of the apartment is fully equipped with all the modern appliances you may need for preparing your meals such as electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils.
The apartment has three bedrooms and 1,5 bathrooms in total. The master bedroom features a double bed while the other two bedrooms have one single bed each. All the bedrooms have access to the roof terrace and two of them have TVs. We provide fine cotton bed linen, towels, covers and duvets.
The bigger bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. Next to the living room there is a WC.
A hair dryer and an iron are also available in the house for your convenience. There is free Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property.
The furnished roof terrace of the property offers guests much space for relaxing and sunbathing. The pergola gives the needed shade during the day.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a block of flats and working spaces/offices. The building has an elevator that guests can use. On the ground floor there is a private parking spot for our guests to use.
