External Living | Private Pool & BBQ
This captivating home lays in 2.000m² outdoor area and is embellished with a 35m² private swimming pool (1,20-1,40 meters deep), also boasting a special children’s play area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ, portable) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience. A ping pong table is also available outdoors to master your skills, inspiring entertainment and togetherness.

Our unique villa features an eco-friendly Pool, where water disinfection is achieved through a salt electrolysis system offering a natural swimming experience, with nearly zero chemical usage.

Bonus - Family Friendly
For children's play time, the retreat also features an outdoor artificial lawn play area (with swing, slide, tent) for our younger guests. A bespoke lounge area for all the family is also set among the olive trees, which is set to be come your favorite gathering spot to cherish some nature time.

The lavish living-cum-dining spaces with first-class equipment ensuring meals of the highest quality, will bring an ever-present sense of contemporary comfort to your endless days of leisure. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts five bedrooms & four bathrooms, two living rooms with two fully equipped kitchens, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel - and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds, as well as two extra guests can be accommodated at the couch of the two available living rooms. The maximum capacity is 12 guests.

Living Room (featuring a 65’’ Smart TV) & Dining area & Kitchen, the area offers direct access to the pool terrace • An office is also available & a table football game. • One extra guest can be accommodated at the couch. • A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, featuring a Queens bed (1.60x2.00) with direct access to the pool. • A shared bathroom with shower cabin is also available on the ground floor.

First Floor
Living Room (featuring a 55’’ Smart TV) with an open fireplace & Dining area & Kitchen, the area offers direct access to a balcony. • Twin Bedroom with two Single beds (0,90x2,00) - can be joined with topper mattress to form a King Size bed (1,80x2,00) if wished, and a shared bathroom with shower featuring a curtain, is also available in this floor. • One extra guest can be accommodated at the couch (the couch is suitable for children).

Second Floor
Three bedrooms lay on this floor. • Bedroom with Queen Size bed(1.60x2.00) with access to balcony • Two bedrooms have a double bed (1.50x2.00) featuring also access to a balcony, and a spacious shared bathroom is available featuring a bathtub with hydromassage features.

The iconic Villa is only within a few minutes reach to Pigianos Kampos beach and 15 minutes driving distance to Rethymno Town, but still offering the long awaited tranquility home you longed for. Shopping facilities for everyday's necessities can be found at the neighbouring village of Pigi within a distance of 5 minutes by car, providing tavernas and cafes, a mini market, bakery, a grocery shop, two butcher’s, a hairdressers as well as a pharmacy. A gas station can be found in the nearby village of Adele which is also less than 5 minutes away by car. Pigianos Kampos beach, which is the closest to the villa, within 10 minutes driving, is a vast, sandy and well organised beach, with shallow waters making it ideal for families. It’s a perfectly organised coastal tourist resort, with many sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, lifeguards, beach bars, restaurants and water sports. Also Rethymno town, offers a great selection of choices in shops, restaurants and anything else you might need and can be easily reached by car within 15 minutes.
