Hara's Beach Villa is a charming two-bedroom house located in the Sfakaki area, offering stunning sea views and just 50 meters from the beautiful beach. It's only a short drive to the bustling town of Rethymno, where you can explore a wide range of tourist amenities and attractions.



This villa features an easily accessible ground floor layout and covers an area of 67 sq.m. It comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, as well as two fully equipped shower bathrooms. There is a modern open-plan kitchen that comes fully equipped, and a living room with a comfortable sofa, dining table, and various furnishings and amenities. The villa is equipped with a satellite TV, a music system, and a safe. All areas are air-conditioned, and there is fast internet Wi-Fi coverage throughout.

Hara’s Beach Villa is an absolute gem of a place.

Fantastic, very attentive hosts - nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect, close to many key areas of the island, yet quiet and secluded. The accommodation included everything you needed, was clean and well presented. Nothing requires improvement

Perfect villa for quiet hollidays

The owner is very nice, helpful and friendly. Could not be better. If you like party....it shouldn't be "your' choice. But I like a private atmosphere and you can find ever,thing needed in the nearest area. Wonderful pool area with chili lounge, barbecue and nice view on a sundown every evening. The beach is very private a I like it very much. Could be difficult if you stay there with kids. I like it very much...maybe I'll be back...-;))

Wonderful stay

We were so happy with the villa. The beach a short walk away from the villa. You could see the sea and we walked to it every day. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. A lovely outdoor area and pool. The owner of the villa, Vasilis, met us on arrival. He was so nice and helpful advising on places to eat, how to get a taxi, water sports etc. the pool was cleaned regularly. The villa was even cleaned half way through the holiday. Changing beds, towels and cleaning bathrooms like a hotel. It was in a great location too. A 2 minute drive to lots of local tavernas with great food. Rethymno was 15 mins drive for a bigger town with plenty of restaurants, bars and a buzzing nightlife. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Wir möchten uns bei den Gastgebern für den fantastischen Urlaub bedanken. Die Villa ist klein, aber fein. Wir waren als zwei Paare dort. Es gab alles, was notwendig war. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Täglich wurden der Pool und der Außenbereich gereinigt. Der Gastgeber erkundigte sich regelmäßig nach unserer Zufriedenheit und war bei allen Belangen behilflich. Zur Hälfte der Urlaubszeit wurden alle Handtücher gewechselt sowie die Bettwäsche. Außerdem erfolgte noch einmal eine gründliche Reinigung des Hauses. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig, da es ländlich gelegen ist. Auch der Strandabschnitt, welcher in ein paar Schritten zu erreichen ist, hat nur ein paar wenige Besucher. Fußläufig, in etwa 15 Minuten, lassen sich Tavernen mit leckeren Gerichten in guter Auswahl finden. Eine kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen oder man fährt nach Rethymnon, dem Nachbarort. Dort besteht eine große Auswahl an Shops, Supermärkten und Tavernen usw. Ansonsten gibt es in der Stadt auch vieles zu entdecken.Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in dieser Villa, beim ersten Mal als Familie mit unserer Tochter im Teenager-Alter. Und wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!

Die Anlage mit Pool, das Haus und die Lage sind sehr schön und sauber. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas großzügiger ausfallen. Aber dafür lief die Spülmaschine etwas öfter. Vasili und Costa waren super freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die beiden bestätigen die oft beschriebene griechische Gastfreundlichkeit.

Wohlfühlobjekt

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wunderbar erholt. Der Vermieter begrüßte uns bei der Ankunft und war jederzeit hilfsbereit. Den Strand konnten wir in Badekluft in ein zwei bis drei Minuten fußläufig erreichen. Aufgrund der Jahreszeit(Ende Oktober) waren wir tagelang allein am Strand. Es ist ein wenig steinig dort ,deshalb sollte man Badeschuhe tragen. Etwas weniger Abseits hat man jedoch einen Sandstrand. Die Wassertemperatur betrug immer noch 20-21 Grad. Der Pool war sehr sauber und erfrischend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und bedanken uns bei Vasilis

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig

Vor unserem Urlaubsantritt erhielten wir per Mail eine sehr detailreiche Weg-Beschreibung. Somit konnten wir den Bungalow sehr gut finden und unseren Mietwagen direkt am Grundstück parken. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir persönlich begrüßt und auch während des Aufenthaltes war man uns bei allen möglichen Fragen und Anliegen behilflich. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (es entsprach der Beschreibung). Der herrlich erfrischende Pool (Tiefe ca. 1,30m) wurde regelmäßig (alle 2 Tage) gereinigt. In jedem Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine Klimaanlage. Mit wenigen Schritten gelangt man ans Meer. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Mietwagen erreichbar. Zu Fuß, in nur ca. 600m Entfernung, ist die Taverne "Akroyali" zu erreichen und zu empfehlen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danken für den schönen Urlaub!
