-Bathroom with a shower
-Dedicated workspace

Upper level:
-A bedroom with a double bed and a dressing table
-Second bedroom with two single beds in a wooden loft-style space, also featuring a dressing table with chair and mirror
-Air conditioning (cooling and heating) is available in the living area and in both bedrooms.
Towels and bed linens are provided.
The Venetian harbour, museums, central market, cafés and restaurants are all within walking distance.
Upon request, bicycle and car rental can be arranged through trusted local partners.
