Hôtel correct et familial

L'hôtel est correct. Hôtel familial, le personnel est très accueillant et agréable. L'hôtel est de taille moyenne, ce qui est très agréable. Situé non loin de la voie rapide qui relie Héraklion à Rethymnon, nous avions les bruits de voitures et de camion continuellement. Par ailleurs, il est proches des commodités : arrêt de bus, tavernes et commerces. Les chambres sont simples mais correctes. Dommage qu'à notre arrivée le lit n'était pas fait (les draps étaient seulement posés pliés sur le lit). La propreté de la salle de bain est correcte malgré le manque d'un rideau de douche. Nous avons déploré que la climatisation et la télévision soient des équipements payants comme les transats et parasols sur la plage. Malheureusement, nous n'avions pas l'une des chambres les mieux situées. Située au dessus de la cour donnant sur la cuisine, nous avons eu droit à quelques remontées d'odeur de cuisine. Pas toujours agréable en milieu de matinée et d'après-midi. Malgré un accès wifi gratuit dans le hall, la qualité du réseau fut mauvaise. Séjournant en demi-pension, nous avons constatés que le buffet n'était pas très varié d'un jour à l'autre, ni très fourni. Les plats chauds étaient un peu trop gras (fond d'huile dans les bacs). Les plats n'étaient pas très gouteux. Hôtel correct pour les touristes qui partent la journée découvrir l'île. Il ne convient en aucun cas pour les touristes qui restent la journée à l'hôtel pour profiter du soleil et de la mer.

Отель в целом неплохой, ухоженная небольшая территория, всё в цветах. Прямо на берегу моря, пляж песчаный. Если любите лежать у бассейна - не для вас, лежаков у бассейна нет, на пляже -платные. Расположение удобно, если брать машину, хотя остановка автобуса в 3 мин ходьбы. Рядом есть небольшие магазины, и 2 таверны. Соотношение цена-качество отличное. Завтраки стандартные, ужины неплохие, вкусные, много блюд греческой кухни. Номер обычный, кровати удобные. Фен был сломан. Сейф - доп.плата. Уборка каждый день, но сантехнику за 2 недели ни разу не мыли. wifi - на ресепшене, слабоватый. Главный и огромный минус отеля - его хозяйка. Она потеряла наши резервации, и не хотела этого признавать, хотя все подтверждения были на руках. В результате всё уладили, номера дали, но это требовало усилий и нервов. Она была груба со всеми - и с русскими, и с немцами, и с англичанами. Не хотелось лишний раз обращаться. Это прелести "семейного" отеля - что хочу, то ворочу.

Very nice location, vey good three star hotel

Very nice three star hotel!!!. The rooms, the location and the facilities are what you expect to find. The reception was friendly and very helpfull. We were absolout ly satisfied except a non-professional waiter in the dinning area who was rude twice. Also I think the food was finishing very soon and not replaced immediatelly. But this is minor compare to the rest
