Alice Residence - Two Storey Luxury Residence in the Heart of Rethymno Old Town

Set in the picturesque alleys of Rethymnos’ Old Town, right behind the vast Mikrasiaton square, AC Homes offers this luxurious and comfortable maisonette with private roof terrace from where you can enjoy the views of Fortezza castle and the rest of Rethymno city.

The “luxury residence Alice” is a fully renovated two storey structure which combines harmonically wood, stone and glass. Its original decor blends traditional style with modern elegance and luxurious facilities in order to offer the maximum experience to our guests.

Take advantage of the location and explore the historical district of Rethymno old town, discover the unique day and night life of the area and at the same time be only a few minutes walking distance from the most famous beach in central Crete, the long sandy beach of Rethymno.
Indoor layout
Entering the main gate of the residence and go through an outdoor terrace to enter the house on the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with a king size bed from COCOMAT, HDTV, sitting area, ceiling fan, wood stove and an office desk. Additionally a custom built spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower with chromo therapy and hydro massage is also found on the same floor. The outdoor terrace with sitting area which has direct access from the bedroom is the perfect spot for enjoying drinks or reading! Moreover there is a hall at the entrance with a washing machine and a dryer for your convenience.

Reaching the first floor from the stairs, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area contains a large sofa (double sofa bed), 42” satellite HDTV and energy efficient fireplace. The intelligently placed kitchen is equipped with a full-sized fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher. Additionally this floor opens to a balcony with a coffee table.

Rooftop terrace
The rooftop terrace is fully furnished and equipped, and you can seamlessly enjoy your meals and drinks, the panoramic views of the old town, the Fortezza fortress, the Neratze mosque and the mountain of Psiloritis.
