The special Agapi suite was named so because it was designed with great love for people with special needs. It is located on the ground floor and offers direct access with a private exit to the side street of the hotel. It has a bathroom that meets the standards for safe and comfortable hygiene care, specially designed for wheelchair use. The beautiful outdoor space in the inner courtyard of the hotel is ideal for relaxation next to the picturesque old well of the hotel. The suite is equipped with all kinds of coffee makers and a kettle to enjoy your morning coffee under the moonlight in the beautiful outdoor space next to the suite. All care products are eco-friendly.

The suite is located next to the Venetian harbor, in the morning you can see and hear how the old Cretans lived, the way they speak and behave.

From mid-May 2026, the Agapi suite will also feature an outdoor jacuzzi bathtub, ideal for enjoying the moon during the night, offering a unique relaxation experience under the starry Cretan sky.

Guests of the Agapi suite can also enjoy the traditional Cretan breakfast with local products, served in the private area of the suite. If requested and desired, we can adapt the breakfast to their dietary preferences or restrictions, offering options for vegetarians, vegans, or special dietary needs. Also, upon request, we can serve breakfast at a specific time of their choice, allowing them to enjoy the authentic Cretan breakfast experience at their own pace and comfort.

The Gateway Suites are located in the heart of the Old or Rethymno , in few minutes walking you can find everything! There are 2 parking spots close, the first it is the public parking which is near but there you have to pay per hour. The second parking spot it is under the castle of Rethymno, this is free parking area and is about 300 meters away from the Gateway Suites!
