With a 250m² outdoor area that includes a spacious 120m² lawn and a children’s playground, Aerin Villa blends homely comfort with refined style. This retreat is ideal for up to seven guests, total.

Relax by the 30m² private swimming pool (1.5m deep, non-heated), which includes a built-in 4-seater whirlpool (non-heated) with a depth of 0.6m, perfect for unwinding with a gentle hydrotherapy experience. Enjoy alfresco dining in the outdoor area, complete with a charcoal BBQ (with 2 gas stove burners) for effortless meals, luxury sun loungers, and a children’s playground that makes it a family-friendly haven. An outdoor lounge area also waits you for endless moments of laughter and peace of mind. With its serene surroundings, this villa offers the ideal blend of relaxation and convenience, tucked away in the picturesque village of Roupes.

Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, Aerin Villa’s 120m² interior combines sleek design with contemporary comforts, creating a stylish space where friends and family can gather. The spacious living area is bathed in natural light, with 65” Smart TV for cozy movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining area with a wooden dinning table are perfect for culinary adventures and shared meals. For added entertainment, a PlayStation 3 and various board games are available for guests.

The villa offers three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests in real beds. An additional guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room or on a folding bed provided upon request. The villa can accommodate up to 7 guests in total. Each bedroom is located on the ground floor, making the villa easily accessible and family-friendly.
