Anreise und Check in ohne Probleme, konnten früher anreisen (bereits um 15:00 Uhr statt um 17:00 Uhr); Metratzen und Matratzenschoner sahen etwas schmuddelig aus; Kaffeekanne sowie Geschirr und Besteck musste ich vor Gebrauch reinigen; Sofa war durchgesessen, jede Feder war spürbar, mein Vorschlag: Sofa raus und durch bequeme Stühle für den großen Esstisch ersetzen.
