In our Swedish house in the tiny village of Büttelkow you will experience a wonderful holiday in nature. There is a huge garden at your disposal. You can play ball games there or just enjoy the peace. In the evening you can sit by the fire bowl or in the cozy winter garden or enjoy life at the harbor in Kühlungsborn. The location of our house is also very suitable for ambitious cyclists. You can reach the beaches in Rerik or Kühlungsborn on wonderful paths and quiet streets.
If you like, you can also use the in-house garden sauna or sit by the open fire.

Very nice roomy house in a beautiful quiet settlement. The house was very clean and well prepared and the local contact was very nice and easy to work with. The cell reception is very weak, but useable near a window. If you want to do a lot online make arrangements for WiFi. For activities other than hiking or bicycling you will need to drive for about 12 minutes or more.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön ruhig gelegen und liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Kontakt beim Check-In ist sehr freundlich.Wir haben es rundum genossen! WLAN ist nicht vorhanden und der Handy-Empfang generell eher schwach, was aber den Aufenthalt unserer Meinung nach nicht trübt.

Ein schönes Objekt, eine tolle Lage, alles Vorhanden in Haus und Küche, ein toller Ausgangsort für Unternehmungen. Ein Minuspunkt oder Besser eine Empfehlung, im Kinderzimmer 4 Betten/Matrazenlager auf dem Fußboden, vielleicht doch in Zwei Bettgestelle investieren.Eine Zweite Empfehlung, gleich bei Hausübernahme mit der Hausbetreuerin (Chefin) die Laufzeiten des Rassenmähers besprechen, sonst sind Konflikte vorbestimmt. An WLAN zu kommen, stellt sich schwierig dar, besser ist man braucht es garnicht, dann kann der Urlaub sofort beginnen. Trotzdem eine Empfehlung.

Sehr schön - ein Haus zum Drinnen-Bleiben

wir haben den Jahreswechsel hier verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzliche Begrüßung, tiptop-sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, gemütlicher Kamin. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell Supermärkte oder die Ostsee.

Ideal zum ausspannen

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus. Das Ankommen und die Betreuung durch ein benachbartes Ehepaar war sehr freundlich. Diese beiden haben das Herz am rechten Fleck. Großzügige Grünanlage. Gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus mit allem was man im Urlaub und in der Küche so braucht. Genial ist es, im Wintergarten gemeinsam die Mahlzeiten einzunehmen. TOP. Der Standort ist idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Ostseeküste von Lübeck bis Stralsund zu erkundigen und zu genießen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Umgebung genügend, überraschenderweise auch teilweise am Sonntag. Absoluter Erholungsfaktor mit Wiederholungsgefahr :)

Tolles Ferienhaus

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus super gefallen - das Haus ist toll geschnitten, bietet viel Freiraum und hat eine tolle Ausstattung! Die Sauna und der Kamin waren nun v.a. im Frühjahr richtig toll! Die Abstimmung mit der Haushälterin war unkompliziert und sie war super sympathisch! Nur die Anfahrtsbeschreibung könnte expliziter sein :)

Familienurlaub in Ruhe

Wir waren 3 Mamas und 5 Kinder für 4 Nächte da. Es gibt drei Zimmer. Eines im EG (1,40m Bett) und 2 Zimmer (2x2m Bett mit WC im Zimmer; 4x Matratzenstapel auf dem Boden) im OG. Eines der Zimmer ist ein Kinder-/ Spielzimmer mit 4 dicken Matratzen und einer Hochebene, die Kinder ab 4 Jahre über eine Leiter an der Wand erreichen können. Kein Spielplatz o.ä. im Dorf. Für draußen sollte man Spielsachen dabei haben. Der Wintergarten war als Essbereich super, es gibt 2 Hochstühle. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Gewürze, Öl und Spültabs waren vorhanden. Internet via 4G Mobile Daten hat bei uns easy funktioniert. Nebenan im Haus wohnt noch jemand, ist aber sehr nett. Strom wird vor Ort extra berechnet, das war uns vorher nicht klar. Ausflugstipps: Rerik, Mollibahn zwischen Bad Doberan und Kühlungsborn, Insel Poel, Wismar. Alles in allem hat es uns der Kurzurlaub sehr gut gefallen!

Wahnsinnig toller Freunde/familienurlaub

Wir waren alle mehr als begeistert, von der mehr als ruhigen Lage, dem vielen Platz im Haus und den vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsendem und 3 Kindern angereist, alles hat super geklappt. Das Problem mit dem Internet was alle schreiben haben wir als unproblematisch empfunden. Wir haben uns die besagte Karte bei Lidl nicht geholt. Das Internet war sooo relativ ok....ich meine..will ich Urlaub machen oder streamen?

Schöne Unterkunft, leider keine schöne Ankunft

Wir kamen leider spät an der Unterkunft an. Durch eine sehr beschwerliche und stressige Fahrt mit unerwarteten gesundheitlichen Zwischenfällen und Stau, haben wir leider nicht daran gedacht, rechtzeitig bei der Frau anzurufen, bei der die Schlüssel abgeholt werden mussten. Dies ließ uns der Mann der Frau auch deutlich spüren. Es war alles andere als ein herzliches Willkommen und ich überlegte ernsthaft zurück nach Hause zu fahren. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Alles so wie beschrieben. Ganz sauber war die Unterkunft nicht: Unterm Bett war Staub und im Abfluss vom Waschbecken waren Haare. Der Rest war aber sauber. Ich denke, wenn man die Schlüsselübergabe durch einen kleinen Schlüsseltresor organisieren würde, wäre es eine deutliche Verbesserung. Die Schlüsseladresse war auch sehr schwierig zu finden. Wir haben 30 Minuten gebraucht und mussten uns im Ort durchfragen. Internet haben wir wegen der notwendigen Karte nicht benutzt und können es somit nicht beurteilen. Wir hatten in und um die Unterkunft auch keinen Internetempfang (mobile Daten).

Passt soweit alles

Die Lage des Hauses ist gut. Wir hatten den ganzen Tag Sonnenschein. Es ist ist für 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder sehr gut und bietet ausreichend Platz. Zum Wasser kann man jedoch nur mit dem Rad oder Auto. Auch zum Einkaufen muss man mit ca. 7 km rechnen. Internet im Haus muss man sich wie beschrieben bei Rossman kaufen. Wenn man Vodafone oder E Netz hat, ist der LTE Empfang schlecht bis gar nicht vorhanden. Dieses nur als Hinweis. Aber wer abschalten möchte kann sicherlich auch darauf verzichten. Kurz um, uns hat es gefallen und Spaß gemacht. Danke

Anfahrt Beschreibung

Wir sind über eine Stunde rumgeirrt bist wir das Haus haben, zumal das Haus in Büttelkow lag. Es wäre hilfreich , wenn sie den Anreisenden mitteilen, das diese >Herrenhaus Büttelkow< ins Navi eingeben sollen. Uns hat ein sehr netter Mann geholfen, nach dem ich ihm ein Bild von dem Haus gezeigt hatte , führte er uns bis vor die Haustür. Im Haus und Grundstück hatten wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung war hervorragend . Wir hatten viele Dinge doppelt, da wir auch was mit genommen hatten. Die Kinder waren entzückt von ihrem Spielzimmer und unser Lieblingsraum war die Veranda. Wir kommen gerne wieder, ich überlege dort meinem Geburtstag zu verbringen mit Familie und ein paar Freunden. Auch unsere Verwalter waren bezaubernd und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. .

Sommerurlaub

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar, das Haus liegt idyllisch auf dem Land und man hat absolute Ruhe. Die große Wiese im Garten lädt zum Spielen und Toben ein. Das Haus ist sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, nur von der Idee mit dem Internet sollte man sich schnell verabschieden. Es ist umständlich und muss erst aufgeladen werden, aber wir fanden es schön kein W-LAN zu haben. Ausflüge nach Wismar, Rostock oder Warnemünde sind schnell gemacht. Mit der Molli kann man den Kindern eine große Freude machen. Mit ihr fährt man gemütlich bis Bad Doberan wenn man möchte.

Ruhige Lage - dessen waren wir uns bewusst und somit in Ordnung. Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr gut. Bedingt durch den Zeitraum unseres Aufenthaltes mussten wir viel Heizen und hatten relativ hohe zusätzliche Kosten für Strom (elektrische Fussbodenheizung).
