Would definitely come back.

We had a nice stay and a lovely meal in the restaurant. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. One little thing I would say that in our room there was a full length mirror which was great but no mirror near a point to use a hairdryer.

Lovely venue, just felt majorly understaffed

Had a pleasant stay, rooms were comfortable ( a little dusty) check in could be quicker. We were already in a lengthy queue ( this was around 4.30pm) 15 minutes later a tour bus turned up and a representative from the bus jumped the queue and they had to start getting 20+ keys together. I do think they should have joined the queue like the rest of us or have more staff members. We were at a wedding and the bar staff was thin on the ground serving next door as well as us so it was a very slow service. Overall it's a lovely hotel and staff were lovely just seem majorly understaffed.

Expensive for what you get.

We stayed for two nights. Our room was at the back of the hotel with a view of the staff smoking area when we opened the windows the couple of inches that safety permitted. Unfortunately, opening the windows allowed more of the noise of whatever electrical item was running constantly outside. The room itself was small but comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. We didn’t get chance go sample breakfast as I was reluctant to d so pend an extra £26 per night for the privilege. I recently stayed in central Brisbane and paid less per night for an apartment room that was huge in comparison!

I arrived at property at 2.50pm to be told quite bluntly “check in opens at 3” so had to go back to car for 10 mins till 3pm. If she’d said it in a polite manner or offered to wait in bar I would of given higher score but that 1st impression ruined my stay

Food was expensive. The facilities were excellent but I went for a sauna and when I came out to have a swim the staff were cleaning the pool and I had to wait 15 mins - thought this could have been done out of hours. Room was hot, very noisy with children running up and down the corridor and room upstairs and being loud in the middle of the night. Walls were paper-thin. Shower was hard to operate and water flow was hardly existence - in fact my partner gave up and couldn’t shower. The bath in the shower was slippery. Table in room superfluous, you could hardly access tea and coffee and cupboard. Very hot at night. Location was good.
