"The location of this hotel is fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even allowed us to drop off our baggage early before check-in, which we really appreciated.
While the room was clean, it does need some attention. There were noticeable beverage stains on the walls opposite the beds, and some of the bathroom fixtures were loose. The room lighting also needs a rethink: there are no diffusers on the bulbs, making them uncomfortably bright, and the master switch controls everything, meaning it’s a "lights all on or all off" situation. Lastly, the in-room safe required a physical key that was not provided.
A good stay overall, but fixing these maintenance issues would greatly improve the experience."
