We stayed here in August while attending a weekend event at VIR. This is an older property, but our room was clean and comfortable, and the rate was reasonable. NOTE: As an older hotel, there are no interior corridors - all rooms open to the outside. We didn't find this to be a problem as the parking lot was well lit, and the area seemed very safe. The continental breakfast was standard hotel fare, but was sufficient for us. We will consider staying here when visiting VIR again (it's about a 25 min. drive to the raceway).
Two sisters stayed here, for 3 nights! Our GPS got us screwed up, arriving! Since we were late, the desk clerk offered to make us a fresh pot of coffee, & gave us snacks, to eat! She was very accommodating & went beyond the call of duty! The Inn was very clean, & had a free breakfast! There was a lovely pool; although we never got a chance to use it! We felt very safe & well taken care of!!
Stayed here during an event at Virginia International Raceway. Nice hotel, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. It is a non smoking hotel, but I saw several people smoking just right outside the rooms. Outdoor corridors, recently renovated rooms, ample parking. Breakfast is the usual continental items...plus waffles. There was no smoke smell in our room, but the bed cover did have a cigarette burn in it. We would stay here again as the value was decent...as long as you book in advance.
Had to make a quick trip to Reidsville and decided on this Quality Inn. I'm loyal to the choice brand and this hotel was good for the price. My room was in the backside of the hotel and that area could really use some more lighting.
I was so tired. For some reason our reservation did not go through. However, there were rooms and being Chioce elite, ha, ha, we were given an upgrade. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was so helpful. I will be glad to stay there again.
Not the Hilton but that is not what we wanted. We wanted a clean, comfortable place to sleep, shower and refresh ourselves each night. That's what we got with a big plus a hospitable staff that made us feel special and a lady that cleaned our room like it was her own home.
I stayed here for a soccer tournament with my son. It was adequate for our needs and reasonably priced. The staff was great but the building is in need of attention. The stairs outside leading up to the second floor rooms were dirty and in disrepair. Our room was fairly clean but the shower was dingy and the floors were not really very clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. There is not much in the vicinity for groceries or restaurants. I would not stay here again.
I booked rooms at this renovated motel on the advice given here. The town is not far from Greensboro and close to Danville. The staff were all a happy bunch of folks who were politely and efficiently doing their jobs. The rooms were nice and very clean. I know because I dropped an earring and it landed between the bed and night stand. I found it with a flashlight. Amazingly there was no dust in that small space! Breakfast was sufficient, but not so much that one would linger over it. All in all, it was a good stop on our trip.
I had reserved a room at the Colonial Inn in Reidsville through 'Booking.com' back in November. I knew to get my hotel in advance since I was going to see the STP 500. When I got to my hotel I found that it had been closed since January. But 'Booking.com' never bothered to let me know ! Fortunately there was a room available at the Quality Inn located across the street ! The room was great and the staff was awesome. Thanks to Quality Inn I had a great weekend.
A truck driver's friend is a comfortable bed, nice hot shower, clean sheets and room and I got all of this on this 2 day stay this past weekend in Reidsville. Upon arrival, my room wasn't ready so they upgraded me to a King size bed and big glamour tub. Nice breakfast choices topped off my stay. Fast wifi helped me to catch up. Very pleasant experience.
