The room was great, the trouble was I also reloaded handicap room, in which the lady it did not show up on request. The lady, Julia help me out with a bottom room, I’m a disabled veteran. On your app, you go toward the bottom to request a handicap room. It’s not guaranteed., if it’s gets seen. Thanks Jeff.

The room was clean and neat. The faucet in the sink bathroom leaks badly when the water is turned on. It leaked enough onto the counter that the water started running onto the floor!

Convenient for my needs and staff did best to keep it clean, but so many pieces in my room were worn out and needed repair. Staff was friendly, but it is time to do real makeover work on the place.

We reserved a non smoking room. At check-in we were told that Hotel.com changed our reservation to smoking. There were not any other rooms available. We checked the room, it was a nightmare, the furniture was shredded, it was and smelled dirty. We told the management that we could not stay in that room and we left.
