Ocean getaway

Great location right on the ocean. Can walk everywhere in Dewey. Parked car and didn't get back into it until we were leaving. Upkeep is exemplary. Great staff too :)

Staff was very nice. They allowed my daughters and I to park there before we could get our rooms and allowed us to park there a few hours after check out. The rooms were clean. The pool was very nice. They had vending machines. And it was right on the beach. The only negative was there was no elevator and the dumb waiter did not work but other than that…it was a great stay!!!!!

Perfect for a family of four!

First time stay at this beachfront hotel. A great experience, in a desirable location. The room was clean and offered plenty of space, except for the bathroom. The full size fridge was a plus! Even with a side room, we had a great beach view. The pool offered plenty of tables with umbrellas and chairs. A pay to use washer and dryer is available. Perfect for our family of four. Will absolutely return again!

View doesn’t justify cost of other downfalls.

Based on the website’s pictures I was sooo excited about our stay. But the room turned out to be only ok, the view was great but overall not worth the cost. The bed was VERY uncomfortable, Woke up sore every morning and the sheets did not fit on the bed, the elastic was old and didn’t secure the sheets onto the mattress anymore. The cushions at the window seat had a lot of wear as well. The floors of the room were unclean. Sandy, and hair on the floor and seemed like they had not been swept. There was a full size fridge that was great. The shower has zero pressure unless you keep the dial all the way left on HOT. I love a hot shower but at the beach when you’re sunburnt you can only take so much and the more you move the lever toward COLD it loses pressure like you’re turning the shower off. This hotel was a one and done for us.

The AC was fantastic. I loved the view. The staff were super helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. The room size is wonderful. The bed was comfortable. Tv was nice. Kitchenette was great. Shower was nice. Parking was tricky. No elevator. Stairs a little steep and carpet on the stairs, understandably, was a bit dated and not super clean due to sand etc. I would definitely stay again. There’s a small pool. You can hear noises from the rooms next door which did keep me from a sound sleep one of the nights. I recommend it and was very pleased.

Beachfront hotel with a safe and clean swimming area and snack area. Laundry facilities on site, vending machines and restrooms by the pool. Very family friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Kitchen area with large fridge, microwave, cook top, toaster and basic kitchen ware. Staff are very kind and accommodating- always close by to help. Will definitely stay again!

SUNNY DAYS ON THE SURF

We arrived at 8 pm on a Monday; the staff stayed late to get us registered. The view in Room 204 was directly on the oceanfront and was lovely. I was surprised at the good size fridge, burners and microwave. It would be great for a small family to enjoy. The beach is just steps away and your a block away from shops and restaurants.
