Welcome to 11B Saulsbury Street in the heart of Dewey Beach! This charming, pet-friendly beach cottage features two bedrooms and one bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. Inside, a bright, open living area invites you to unwind and flows directly onto a screened porch—perfect for sipping morning coffee or relaxing in the evening after a day by the water. The kitchen is well suited for easy vacation meals, offering a two-burner cooktop and deluxe microwave (please note there is no oven). Parking is simple and convenient with a private driveway that fits up to three vehicles, and no overflow parking is available. Best of all, you're just steps from the sandy beach, with the ocean practically at your doorstep, and only a short walk to Dewey Beach's restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment. Two dogs are welcome with a signed pet addendum and a $30 per dog, per day fee; no cats are permitted. Linens are not provided, but a linen rental package is available for your convenience. Whether you're here to relax, explore, or soak up the coastal energy, 11B Saulsbury Street makes a wonderful home base for your Delaware beach getaway.
