When you're not at the beach, you'll absolutely LOVE relaxing in this house, especially on the spacious screened porch. Situated on a corner lot surrounded by just the right amount of trees, this shady 4 BR home is well appointed, stylish and comfortable, with plenty of space for a family of 8. The best part is that you can park your car for the week and walk or bike to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants of Rehoboth Beach. If you do plan to drive, the owner has graciously provided 2 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits! THIS HOME CAN BE RENTED FOR A MAXIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS. No Pets. Guests pay a $150 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
