This Oceanfront colorful efficiency condo is on the 8th floor of Star of the Sea. Queen size Murphy bed and queen size sofa bed. Room divider. Fully equipped kitchen. Remodeled bathroom. 2022 new dining set. 2025 new balcony furniture. Outdoor pool/Sundeck. Fun Park, miniature golf, bike rentals all within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. Keyed entrance to building. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking garage underneath the building off of Brooklyn Street and outside parking deck off of Laurel Street. Two elevators. Free wireless internet. On-site manager. The beach and boardwalk are right outside. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy spectacular views.
LINENS (SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, TOWELS AND BATH MATTS) ARE NOT INCLUDED.
Credit card payments are accepted providing the guest pays the 2.8% credit card surcharge.

It is way too small for 4 people. This studio should be listed for 2 even though there is a pull out sofa and a bed coming out of the wall and can sleep 4. However, it leaves absolutely no room whatsoever to move about the room. Very cramped and tight quarters. It was nice that you could walk to restaurants, entertainment and shopping Did not care for the fact we had to bring out own sheets, pillow cases, towels, dishcloths etc! Never stayed in a place that required that. This was the first. Would be hard to fly there having to pack like you were going camping. The studio was clean
