This Oceanfront colorful totally renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is on the 6th floor of Star of the Sea. Oceanfront 2023 main bedroom has a brand new king size world class Aire loom handmade luxury firm mattress. Deep pocket king size sheets should be used for a proper fit on this mattress , one single, one double bed in the second bedroom and queen size sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with cuisinart coffee machine. Google Chrome is included on living room TV so guests can access Netflix if they have an account and other streaming venues, Freshly painted 2024, Two onsite parking spaces and two balconies. Outdoor pool/Sundeck. Fun Park, miniature golf, bike rentals all within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. Keyed entrance to building. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking garage underneath the building off of Brooklyn Street and outside parking deck off of Laurel Street. Two elevators. Free wireless internet. On-site manager. Linens not included (sheets, towels, pillows and blankets). The beach and boardwalk are right outside. Relax on the private balconies and enjoy spectacular views. $100.00 charge to guest not checking out by 10am.
