Beautiful and spacious town home located in prestigious community of Canal Corkran can sleep, sit and serve 10 in style. Enjoy the large community pool and pond views from the covered porch or second floor deck. Utilize the gas grill and fully equipped kitchen that has all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Prepare your meals and serve them in a large separate dining room or walk to Rehoboth Ave and enjoy the countless restaurants and activities. There are two primary suites with private bathrooms and plenty of room for the kids. A full size crib, jogging stroller and high chair are also available for your littlest guest. Take a walk on the community paths, bring your bike or Kayak and explore the Lewes-Rehoboth trail and canal. You are only 3/4 of a mile (or 8 blocks) from the beach.

This home offers very spacious living areas with a separate dining room that seats 10 and an open family room with 9 ft ceilings and great views and sounds of a large pond. After a fun-filled day at the beach, or golfing, or shopping at the outlets, relax by taking a dip in the community pool that is just steps away or sipping a cold drink on the covered patio overlooking the pond.

Enjoy the fully equipped gourmet kitchen to prepare family meals which opens up to the living room. The open design has an integrated breakfast bar complete with bar stools for casual dining at the kitchen or a perfect conversation area for entertaining. The patio and its furnishings are under shade for most of the day and is an ideal location to cool off, have a cup of coffee, or enjoy a cook out.

This is a smoke free and pet free property. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of agreement and loss of full deposit. 50% deposit due upon receipt of lease agreement / 50% due 60 DAYS prior to arrival. Wonderful family beach townhouse and location.

The townhouse has a large dining room and spacious living room on the first floor. The townhouse is a mile from the beach. Great for early morning or evening walks. There is a community pool in the complex. There also is a playground at the park (that also has a farmer’s market during the week). There are very good restaurants and shops nearby. Overall it was fun and enjoyable week.

Perfect getaway

Every year we go to Rehoboth for the Eagles first game of the season. We selected this house for its proximity to our favorite brewery Revelation, and a very short drive in town as well as restaurants on coastal highway. The house was very clean, the bedrooms were large, kitchen was fully stocked and the back patio over looking the small pond was very nice with coffee in the morning. Cheryl was very attentive to my text and when she couldn’t respond right away was very apologetic and addressed our questions. Great host!!We will absolutely look to book again next year.

Great location and very roomy.

This was our second year in a row at this same place. We love the location because it’s close to the bike trail and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The 4 bedroom place is great for our extended family of six adults and two toddlers. We like relaxing by the pool and the back patio.

This was our first time staying in the Rehoboth Beach area, and Cheryl's property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, had very comfortable accomodations, and was located in a very nice area of town with easy access to the boardwalk/beach. Memorial Day Weekend

Amazing! Cheryl is so great to work with and her home is beautiful! The house had everything that was needed, with the exceptions of linens and towels. Short drive to the beach/boardwalk. The pool was a great bonus, too! It was nice to come back from a long day at the beach and relax around the pool. TONS of board games/puzzles are provided. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

This was our second year staying at 32 Hannah Loop. The location is great especially if you bring your bikes . Easy ride into town . The house is well stocked and there are plenty of games in the house for your kids to play with . The pool is a great option . Everyone has plenty of room to hang out .

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, well-maintained home that is close to the community pool, bike path and a short walking distance from Rehoboth Ave. It has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and we loved the ground floor patio and porch off the 2nd floor bedroom overlooking the lake. We especially appreciated the supplies (paper products, cleaning supplies) provided throughout the house. Also, the beach gear came in very handy. Overall, a great home!

Wonderful Place

We stayed with 6 adults, a 3 year old, & 20 month old. We loved the location by the bike trail and about 1 mile from restaurants and shopping. We loved it so much we already booked it for next year :-)
