A very comfortable, modern multi-level one-bed room unit available in the ARK available for your vacation stay! The unit is in town, park and forget your car! One parking spot behind the building with a Rehoboth Beach parking tag for parking near the beaches.
The condo is fully equipped with TV (basic service) and WIFI. A fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop is on the first level. The second level includes the bathroom with washer/dryer and bedroom. The third level is the living level with a wet bar and balcony looking over the main street.
The condo is blocks from restaurants, boardwalk, and the beach! A public transportation stop is just outside the building providing bus service to the outlet malls, etc. Rehoboth has many cultural events during the season and off-season! Enjoy restaurants and events year-round.

Arrived to an apt that was so damp and humid that the carpet was wet to walk on. Problem not resolved after several days so trip was cut short. Although host provided a partial refund, I felt I was due additional amount.

Nice condo and great location
This condo was perfect for the 2 of us and conveniently located to everything downtown Rehoboth Beach has to offer. Plus a short drive to Dewey Beach and Bethany Beach.
