Close enough to the downtown area, but far enough to be peaceful and tranquil. This home offers all amenities plus a relaxing screened porch, modern kitchen with hardwood floors, remodeled bathrooms, six televisions and a sunny sunporch. The best part is that you can even bring your dog on vacation... dogs are permitted with a minimum $300 fee and signed addendum, sorry NO cats. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Wireless Internet available and two parking spaces in the driveway and owner graciously provides 2 RB parking permits. UPRADES FOR 2026: Brand new mattresses in both King and Queen Rooms!
Guest pays $160 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. It was a great place to stay. Peaceful and relaxing. Bedrooms were a bit small but comfortable. Floors were a bit dusty. We enjoyed our visit very much.

The property was a little dated but sufficient. Definitely need more lighting in the bedrooms and bathrooms and screen porch. There were no mirrors with good lighting. I would also suggest one full length mirror somewhere. There was something smeared on the wall in the full/twin bedroom and a lot of dog hair on the floor in that same room. Positives: plenty of space, nice screened porch, great shower on first floor, kitchen was well equipped. Overall it was a great stay but just suggestions for improvements.

Beautiful Getaway!

The home was so inviting! We immediately felt at home. Kitchen, sunroom and screened-in porch were our favorites as well as the master bedroom/balcony. Highly recommend!

Great location

The location is perfect - The Pines is one of the classic and architecturally eclectic neighborhoods of Rehoboth Beach. The area is great for walking your dog. It's also an easy walk to the beach, to shops and restaurants of Rehoboth Avenue. The one drawback to the house is that the bathrooms are not in-suite. Otherwise, its a cozy place to stay.
