About this property

Maison de Village Romantique et Typique au Centre du Village

This village house renovated in 2021 is a special address, it has all the charm and modern comfort while retaining the characteristics of the houses of yesteryear: old parquet flooring, parefeuilles on the floors on the stairs, lime walls or old stones highlighted, exposed beams, etc.
It has a first floor + 2 floors and a mezzanine.
This address can accommodate 4 people and has an extra sofa bed if needed for 2 more seats on the first floor.
Very sunny, south-facing with a magnificent view of the valley, the famous mills of Régusse on one side and the ramparts on the other, it is located in the center of the village, close to the shops and the Sunday market of Régusse, with triple glazing, the house is hermetic to noise.
You will enjoy the village festivals without having the inconveniences.
You can also sip a pastis, a draft beer or have a coffee on the terrace at Julien's, you just have to open the door on the first floor.
This house is in the heart of the lake and Verdon region. Lake Quinson is 15 minutes away and Sainte Croix lake is 19 minutes away.
Ideal for cycling trips, numerous hikes on the upper Var or for visiting the small villages in the surrounding area: Aups, Moissac, Baudinard, Cotignac, Quinson, Bauduen, Esparon, Aiguines or Artignosc...
The apartment has bicycle storage and all amenities.
You can go and eat the truffle at our friend Philippe's in Majastre or visit the truffle museum in Aups, visit the museum of prehistory in Quinson and take an electric boat ride on the Verdon in Artignosc, take a windsurfing board on the lake of Sainte Croix from Bauduen.
As you will see, all these small villages exude tranquility and tranquillity for those who want to enjoy leisure, take a bath in turquoise water and stroll through these small villages that come alive on summer evenings.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features 3 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The apartment also includes a sofa bed.

great location in a lively village with all amenities. This house was a great base to vitit the lower Gorges du Verdon and comes with high standing facilities. We enjoyed the space which is perfect for 4 people. Patrick was easy to contact and made sure everything went smoothly. The house looks even better than the photos.A minor recommendation would be to add some more equpment for cooking (lid for the pan, sharp knife and scissors) to make the most out of the amazing kitchen.

In één woord: Fantastisch!
