A charming place

Noelle was a great and kind host. Her house is very clean, charming and nicely decorated. My main recommendation is to add a portable AC unit to the house. It would be particularly helpful for the hot summer days and nights that seem to occur more frequently in that region. We also found out that the WiFi does not work well. This could also be improved.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit unschönem Ende. bon séjour avec une mauvaise fin

Die Unterkunft ist in einem alten provenzalischem Stil gehalten. Eine gute Ausstattung der Küche, toller Hinterhof mit vielen Blumen, sieht wirklich sehr schön aus. Die Kommunikation mit Noelle war gut nur leider am Ende kam es zu einem Problem und damit Missverständniss. Uns wurde unterstellt, dass wir eine Küchenschranktür von innen kaputt gehabt hätten (Türscharnier aus dem Schrank rausgerissen). Wir haben von Anfang an gesehen, dass die Schranktür schief hing dadurch, dass wir nur 2 volle Tage da waren, haben wir auch nicht alle Schränke in der Küche gebraucht. Somit haben wir keinen Schaden von innen gesehen. Wir dachten, die schiefe Tür wäre der Vermieterin bekannt. Dies war leider nicht so. Ich kann euch allen nur raten, wenn ihr nur eine kleine Unstimmigkeit merkt, meldet es sofort, damit es euch nicht angehängt wird. Das alles wurde erst nach unserer Abreise moniert! Zum Glück mussten wir für die Befestigung der Scharniere durch einen Techniker nichts bezahlen. Wenn euch was auffällt, meldet lieber alles auch kleine Dinge bevor es nach eurer Abreise zu Missverständnissen führt. Wir können die Wohnung trotzdem empfehlen, man ist gleich bei der Verdon Schlucht. Und die Wohnung hat seinen Charme. Le logement est conservé dans un style ancien provençal. Un bon équipement de cuisine, une grande cour avec beaucoup de fleurs, a l'air vraiment sympa. La communication avec Noelle était bonne, mais malheureusement à la fin il y a eu un problème et un malentendu. On a supposé que nous avions cassé une porte de placard de cuisine de l'intérieur (charnière de porte arrachée du placard). Nous avons vu dès le départ que la porte du placard était tordue car nous n'étions là que 2 jours complets, donc nous n'avons pas utilisé tous les placards de la cuisine. Nous n'avons donc pas vu de dégâts de l'intérieur. Nous pensions que la propriétaire était au courant de la porte tordue. Malheureusement, ce n'était pas le cas. Mon conseil à vous tous, si vous remarquez ne serait-ce qu'un petit écart, signalez-le immédiatement afin qu'il ne soit pas épinglé sur vous. Tout cela n'a été dénoncé qu'après notre départ!Heureusement, nous n'avons rien eu à payer pour qu'un technicien répare les charnières. Si vous remarquez quelque chose, mieux vaut tout signaler, même les petites choses, avant que cela n'entraîne des malentendus après votre départ.Nous pouvons tout de même recommander l'appartement, vous êtes pratiquement juste à côté des Gorges du Verdon.

Ravis de notre séjour !

La maison est parfaitement équipée, confortable et a beaucoup de charme. Noëlle est une hôte très chaleureuse. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans le village de Baudinard. C'est un emplacement très proche du lac de sainte Croix.

Parfait!

Super séjour. La vue de l'appartement est magnifique et Noëlle a aménagé un balcon pour pouvoir prendre l'apero et manger sur celui-ci. L'appartement est vraiment très propre, tout équipé (vraiment tout pour cuisiner) et joliment décoré. L'appartement est très bien situé dans le joli village de Baudinard (parking public à quelques mètres) et l'échange et l'accueil de Noelle sont parfaits: facile et fluide. Je recommande sans hésiter et j'y retournerai sans doute!

Das Auto ist ca 50 Meter vom Objekt zu parken. Zum be-und entladen kann vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

UNE LOCATION DE REVE

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cette location à Baudinard Sur Verdon et nous remercions chaleureusement notre propriétaire Madame Contrucci qui est adorable et aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Sa location est très propre, la décoration soignée (et jolie) et le confort est au top. Le plus est que le linge de toilette, les draps et les torchons sont fournis (votre lit est fait le jour de votre arrivée quel plaisir après 11 h de route....). Il ne faut pas oublier cette vue imprenable que vous avez sur le plateau de Valensole au réveil et le coucher du soleil en dînant sur la terrasse. Mme Contrucci n'est pas avare de conseils et de recommandations pour visiter cette magnifique région. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et espérons revenir un jour pour finir nos visites.

Wonderful apartment

We had a lovely week. Although we spent most of the time exploring the beautiful and exciting surroundings we very much valued the charming apartment. In fact, we were positively surprised to discover that the nice views of rooftops and landscape on the booking site were in fact our views from the windows. The apartment was well equipped, clean, charming and very well situated in the village. Our hostess was very pleasant and helpful.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) à Baudinard sur Verdon. Mme Contrucci est adorable et met à notre disposition tout le nécessaire pour notre plus grand confort. La location est d'une propreté irréprochable et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme des lieux (la vue également !) et la proximité du lac, qui est à une dizaine de minutes en voiture. La région regorge de coins paradisiaques. Nous y reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir.

Wunderbar erholsame Tage in toll ausgestatteter Ferienwohnung

Baudinard ist ein kleines uriges Bergdorf mit typischen Häusern der Provence. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich einem eben solchen Haus aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Hinter den alten Mauern verbirgt sich die Ferienwohnung, die ganz liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht.Im Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer fehlt es an nichts. Vom Fön bis zum Bügelbrett ist alles vorhanden. Noelle ist eine aufmerksame und sehr nette Gastgeberin und sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so schön, wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit, haben den grandiosen Ausblick auf die weite Landschaft, den man von der Wohnung aus hat, und die Stille mehr als genossen. Obwohl es in Baudinard nur 2 Restaurants und 1 Post gibt, haben wir nichts vermisst. Einkaufen kann man im nahe gelegenen Régusse. Zum türkisblauen Lac St. Croix sind es nur ein paar Kilometer. Herrlich, um den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen und zu entschleunigen! Wir danken Noelle für Ihre Freundlichkeit und vergeben für die Wohnung incl. der Gastfreundschaft nur Bestnoten! Gerne denken wir auch an Margot, die alte Hauskatze, die sich jeden Morgen im kleinen Innenhof ein paar Streicheleinheiten abgeholt hat. C`était magnifique!!! Heike und Paul

Super Urlaub in der Region des Verdon

Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet und bietet alles was man braucht. Alles sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Unbeschreiblich ist der Ausblick, man kann bei gutem Wetter den Mont Ventoux und bis auf die Berge vor Marseille blicken. Noelle ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin freundlich und immer da wenn man etwas benötigt oder eine Frage hat. Die Unterhaltung mit ihr war immer sehr herzlich. Für uns war es wie ein zweites Zuhause und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder um noch mehr in der Umgebung zu entdecken.
