The hotel offered exactly the calm and quiet environment that we were looking for. The staff was very polite and helpful especially Mr Ghareeb at the front desk. The room was spacious and very clean. Definitely worth it to come back.

Large room with balcony and lovely views over the 18th green towards the mountains. Staff are very attentive and the room is always clean. Nothing is too much trouble and they regularly bring fresh water, small gifts and refreshments.

Dear Expedia Customer Service Team, I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at [Hotel Name] and to request compensation due to the poor experience we received. The hotel is clearly not complete. Construction work is still ongoing throughout the property, including the spa and surrounding facilities, yet it is being marketed as a finished five-star hotel. Had this been made clear before booking, we would not have chosen this property. The accommodation fell well below five-star standards. The rooms were disappointing, electrical sockets were outdated, bedding was worn, and we had to request fresh bed sheets twice during our stay. There was also no proper welcome or introduction to the hotel, only a QR code provided on arrival. Staffing levels appeared inadequate throughout the hotel. Bars were often unattended, stock was limited, many items were unavailable, and staff seemed overstretched trying to manage multiple areas at once. We also contacted Expedia on our first night to report these issues. Unfortunately, we spent a considerable amount of time on hold late at night and our concerns were not properly addressed. We have records of these communications. Given the significant difference between the advertised standard and the reality of our stay, I believe compensation in the form of a voucher or reimbursement is appropriate and would appreciate your prompt response.
