We arrived alittle late and thevstaff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had items in the back of our puck up truck and they were not taken or tampered over night. So the security was good. Breakfast in AM was more than good. Thankyou for caring about your customers !!

I was extremely disappointed with the service. When I booked the room I asked for a room on the first floor because my husband is handicapped. They told me they would. I called back to get the room one more night and asked if the room was on the first floor and the answer was yes. I also called directly to the hotel and asked again and the answer was yes. So I got three yeses - when we got there I found out our room was 416. I will never stay there again because I was told a lie 3 times - very bad service. Also no one from cleaning even looked in our room - if they had they would have seen we needed towels. Very disappointing.

We really enjoyed the one bedroom suite! Having a kitchen and living room space is something we really like when travelling and this space was perfect. The balcony with chairs and a side table was a pleasant surprise as well. The free breakfast was good, from 5 am - 10 am which was really great, with all day coffee (excellent coffee), tea and juice! We will definitely stay there again

A Great Interaction with Super 8 Red Lake Service

We were not able to make our stay, due to the large forest fires northeast of Red Lake. However, the Super 8 Team was kind enough to waive our charges for the 3 rooms we had reserved, due to the severity of the fires. Super 8 Red Lake did not have to do this waiver, as we gave notice the day of the reservation, due to our camp being closed at such short notice. We truly appreciate the consideration provided by Super 8 Red Lake, & will continue to book all our Red Lake stays at this hotel.
