Check in was great, Ryan at the front desk provided great service and helped with anything we needed. The pool was not stocked with towels and we had to ask for them from the front desk each night One elevator was broken the entire weekend, resulting in really long waits and putting us the fourth floor with 2 children made taking the stairs difficult. We arrived at breakfast 30 mins before closing, most of the food was gone, the pancake machine was broken and there was no coffee, after asking for some a few times, we just left without eating, Upon check out, I was advised that I had purchased a movie, which I did not and no offer to assist me with that was made, I was told it’s a third party, sorry

Stay here because of location & price. But I won’t stay here again. Bed is too high. I’m 4 foot 11, the bed height is to my hip. Too hard to get in & out of the bed. We stay on long weekend Sunday, check in at 5 pm. We found out lounge & restaurant closed. Pool opened till 11pm. By 9 pm, no towels in pool area. Hotel is short staff. Hotel is run down & some guests don’t take care of the hotel area. It would have been a better hotel.

Fantastic property. Only downsides this trip was only 1 working elevator and a Tesla charger that wouldn't charge the car. The breaker kept flipping and maintenance was gone for the day. Had to leave early in the morning to go somewhere else to charge before work.

The property is quite good, although there has been an out of order elevator (1 of 2) for quite some time. That can make it difficult to get up and down a challenge at times. The breakfast is quite good and there is a gym, pool and spa. The room was quiet, even though there is a busy street at the front. There are a variety of restaurants within an approximate 10 minute walk. This is our second stay and we would book again.

I won’t ever stay at this hotel ever again!!! I honestly had to clean my own room and when I went for breakfast at 9 am I was told there will Not be any more bread put on the breakfast buffet !!!!!!!!!! Not only that I was charged 700 dollars for my pets !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I stayed there for 2 weeks in 2 Seperate rooms that didn’t lock completely and had personal items and expensive clothing stolen!

Stayed Aug 16 for 1 night, checked in around 630-7pm. One elevator was out of service. The machine to create room keys was not working, so their maintenance person had to escort us to our room. We went to the Lounge to eat, and there was one person behind the bar. There were about 10-12 people in the Lounge and a woman came to my table with two menus. She said she didn't work there and that no one did. She said the fellow behind the bar was called in, was not feeling well, and we'd have to go to him to place our order. She said she waited 1 hr 20 mins to get a quesadilla. We left and came back after 9pm, and the room key machine still was not working. A large group of 8+ people were in line for the elevator with luggage carts. One maintenance person was escorting groups to the pool, to their rooms and then we finally got taken to our room. The room itself was fine. My friend went to the front desk at 7am and finally got a room key. Sounds like the machine was fixed around 1130pm. I feel the hotel should have delivered our room keys under the door.
