Staff is good. But the elevator was broke amd we got stuck inside 3 times. Keys often dodnt work. Hot water did not work they pffered tontrade us rooms but the hot water dodnt work in those room either. All problems persisted for the 3 day stay so stau was very unpleasent bit staff was nice. Didnt offer a doscount for cold water or inconveniences.

This place was not worth what they are charging per a night was terribly dirty. The looks are honestly quite deceiving. The pool was filthy and disgusting fake eyelashes everywhere the pool lining needs to be redone it’s lifting the tile in the pool was filthy full of dirt. Me and friend were swimming in the pool and I picked my hand up and there was white and orange chunks on my hand. The hot tub didn’t have any chunks but then again the Little rocks where the water fall for the hot tub was dirty and so much dirt. The elevator was slow and sticky

Stay is usually 5*. Room had the heat that sounded like a plane engine. Door to bathroom was warped so getting it closed was a task, and noisy. 2nd elevator was not working in August and not working still/again. Not the usual for the property.

It was our first time there and we loved it we liked being on the third floor and the bed was so comfortable I didn't even want to get out of it the gym is gorgeous definitely a 10 plus on that one the pool was nice but not very deep in the hot tub was just lovely but the sauna was broken so that was a bummer

We spent the night because we had an early morning appointment. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a bit chilly. The tiles in the bathroom were a bit worn with grout needing replacing. The door to the bathroom wouldn't stay open. Breakfast was good - lots to choose from and the restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.

The hotel itself was nice, neat and clean, the staff were very friendly, the room was nice. The lighting in the bathroom was poor but the reason I am giving only 2 star review is because my boyfriends and my night away was ruined by the bed in our room. Any amount of movement on the bed and it was noisy. It literally felt like the bed was broken or going to break. The only reason we didn’t try to request a room change was it was already after midnight by the time we crawled into bed and all of our stuff was unpacked. We did mention the issue to the front desk staff upon check out and asked for a manager or supervisor to reach out but have not heard from them yet.
