Confortável, mas despreparados.

O quarto em si é confortável, mas durante o café da manhã encontramos uma mosca dentro do cuscuz que estava soltando até aquele líquido amarelado da traseira dela. Nojento demais. Além disso, no dia de nossa saída pedimos um late check-out até 13h, mas a camareira entrou no quarto por volta das 12h30 e quase flagrou eu e meu namorando transando, ou seja, não há uma comunicação muito adequada entre os colaboradores. O que salvou nossa experiência foi a vista.

O hotel tem uma vista bonita da Reserva do Paiva, café da manhã bom, mas a limpeza estava crítica, o piso do quarto estava sujo e a pia entupida. Os lençóis estavam com cheiro forte de sabão e tive alergia.

Ainda é uma boa opção

A acomodação é bem localizada, tem uma vista maravilhosa que foi estragada pela falta de limpeza nos vidros,a parte externa está imunda,mas a parte interna também deixou a desejar e muito,o que me parece é que os vidros também não estão sendo limpos por dentro, tinha marcas de mãos de criança com creme ou gordura, não consegui fazer nem um vídeo do jeito que a vista do quarto merece,ter os vidros internos limpos é o mínimo...o restaurante a noite é muito fraco... a hospedagem vale a pena pela vista dos quartos e pela piscina,o valor também é bom

A única ressalva é em relação ao uso da piscina, muita restrição, não pode nada, som, bebida etc. Até entendo que é questão de segurança, mas poderiam liberar copos descartáveis, o som poderia ser do próprio hotel para regular a questão do barulho.
