You'll be asked to pay these charges at the property:

• Cleaning fee: BRL 30 per accommodation, per stay
• Bed sheets fee: BRL 10 per accommodation, per stay
• Water fee: BRL 10 per person, per stay
• A damage deposit of BRL 20 will be collected before check-in.
• Deposit is payable by PayPal and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required.
