Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind, Kurtaxe wurde für 4 Erwachsene berechnet. Wir fordern die Kurtaxe für das Kind zurück. Ferner erhielten wir keine Einweisung der Wohnung.(Müllentsorgung usw.) Wir hatten keinen Kleiderschrank oder Regal in einem Schlafzimmer. Ferner lässt die Geschirrausstattung zu wünschen übrig. Sauberkeit lies ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben mehrfach bei Ihnen und der Vermieterin angefragt wie steil der Zugang ist, da wir ein behindertes Kind dabei hatten. Wir erhielten von beiden Seiten keine Antwort. Sie als Vermittler müssten die Gegebenheiten vor Ort genau kennen!!! Die Fewo ist mit einem Kinderwagen nicht zugängig durch die steile Treppe. Im Prospekt steht Fewo mit Parkplatz in der Nähe! Zu der Fewo gibt es keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist niemals gerechtfertigt!!! Wir erwarten deshalb von Ihnen ein Erstattungsvorschlag. M.f.G. Rolf und Diana Faist
