This cozy private property boasts a pond with a picnic area as you drive up the driveway. There are large oak trees and a classic swing for your family to enjoy. Fire up that wood burning pit tonight.

The house features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for creating family meals. The living room has comfortable seating for a family movie night. Enjoy playing the vintage board games if you are looking for some good old family fun.
If you are seeking some quiet time, check out the lower atrium library. You can even enjoy some quiet music and unwind from the city life.
The upper atrium features a sauna and a workout area with a stationary bike.

After a day of adventure enjoy the spacious backyard and barbecue. Our patio area has many resort like amenities. These amenities include a pool & spa. There is lots of space for your family to enjoy. Other amenities include a pizza oven, 2 fire pits where you can make some s'mores, Bluetooth speakers around backyard along with Italian string lights all around t plus so much more. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please make sure to turn off the Heater/Ac Unit. Make sure pool waterfall, spa and outdoor lights are off. Turn off all lights and fans throughout the house.
Please gather and leave used towels in the front bathroom inside the laundry hamper. Hamper is located in the first bedroom closet.
When you are ready to leave, please make sure all doors are locked and windows closed. Leave keys inside the Welcome Binder and place on video bookshelf by the other binders.
