"The gentleman that was on staff when I checked in, and also the next evening was extremely helpful and attentive to my requests. Also, the lady who was stocking the breakfast buffet and coffee on Sunday morning, ran into some issues with the yogurt machine. Despite the extra time it took to resolve the issue, she was very apologetic and kind and got everything restocked as quickly as possible. She is an asset to your hotel! I also found my room, very clean and quiet. I would stay here again."
