Room was very dirty with day old coffee stain on hard floor. Floor dirty Horizontal surfaces dirty Bed sheets appeared clean Staff friendly, but focused on their phones instead of issues. Hotel appeared to be refreshed cosmetics. However, spend 30 bucks more st name brand stops for better conditions and food. .

The staff was nice and honestly the hotel itself was ok, but it is not the hotel pictured on hotels.com. its very misleading. And our hotels.com prove was over $30 more than their standard price. I dont know how hotels.com gets away with this.

Very noisy. I could hear the people above me walk every step. We had a first floor room and could hear cars parking, people talking, doors opening. A diesel truck parked outside our window and exhaust smell filled our room- we had to open the door. The shower wall was dirty. We had no iron and when we asked for one the guy insisted we had one (which we did not) the breakfast is only cereal, juices, pastries, and the coffee machine was empty and they did not refill it even though it was breakfast hours.

Our check-in was good. The manager changed our room from the second floor to the first floor when I infquired about elevator location. There are no elevators. We went from a regular queen suite to an accessible queen suite, which was ok. The hotel was recently totally remodeled but done very cheaply, certainly not what I expected for a Wyndham. In the morning I discovered that our room had no hair dryer. I asked the clerk for one and he insisted that I had one! Finally after looking for himself, he got one from another room - which I had to return to him at the desk when I was done. Breakfast was continental style. Chuck’s waffles stuck to the maker. Coffee was like dishwater. We would not stay at a Microtel again.

BEDBUGS, BEDBUGS. I did not want to post this, but the manager didn't care. $1500 and had to book another hotel and a trip to the hospital. Please don't stay here. Casa LEmus is right down the street with clean rooms and great service.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Perfect for our one night stay. Desk staff was helpful and friendly. Can tell that this hotel is a little older, but they are making renovations.

It was bare bones inside, very unattractive. The floor was very dirty, my slippers were covered with hair on bottlom. I did not feel the room was clean. I will not return or recommend.

Located right off of I-25 in Raton. There was fresh paint on all surfaces. It was a short walk to several restaurants. The elevator did not work. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
