Feel at home in this stylish 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located on the westside where you are minutes from hiking, biking, fishing, golfing - and also only a short jaunt to the wonderful downtown area. Enjoy the fresh air on the back patio area, complete with lots of seating overlooking the large backyard.
Three bedrooms and a full bathroom are found on the main level. A fourth bedroom set up as two rooms connected with one area containing a queen bed and the other area a set of twin bunk beds. All bedrooms are completed with stylish linens in calm colors. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The main level also contains a comfortable living room with a SMART TV as well as the dining and kitchen areas. The lower level has an additional media room with a large sectional along with a full bathroom and the shared bedroom/family suite area. The laundry area is also found on the lower level. The backyard contains a private patio, ready for you to relax on as well as a multi-level yard for your use and enjoyment during your stay.

A place to lay our head….

What a wonderful place Westside Charmer is! Definitely “charming”! My husband and I came up with grandkids to go to Hills Alive specifically. This place was close to Memorial Park, so it was easy access to the event. There was more than enough room for the 6 of us. The back deck was a great place to sit and relax. The kitchen was well stocked for all we needed to cook! The beds were MOST comfortable! Excellent place to stay! Hope to be back for next years Hills Alive and we will be contacting you again!!! Thank you so much!

Beautiful house! Great for 2 families!

Hosts were quick to respond when we needed to tell them something! Only thing we didn't love is the lower level of the house was freezing when the top level was warm and humid.

Nice, clean and comfortable

This felt like a safe neighborhood and we were able to park in the driveway with lots of space. The house is well done. Everything works just as expected. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and we found everything just where it was expected to be. Bathrooms worked great with nice towels. The house was clean and furniture was comfortable and new (just like the pictures). Backyard was nice and private even though it was in the middle of the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.

The house was very clean and comfortable. It was able to house everyone perfectly. The only thing I would suggest is having more kitchen utensils and thicker shades for the bedrooms. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay!

Family Visit to Mt Rushmore

This spacious and well appointed home was perfect for us, our children and their significant others. The downstairs rooms are perfect for parents needing additional privacy with an adjacent twin bed room. Two large TVs and a new grill on the deck. The well equipped kitchen is perfect for vacationers who like to prepare meals as opposed to eating out. Highly recommend this property!
