Our Aaron house is the most accessible of our MAM Rentals properties. Suitable for those challenged physically, friendly for those who may have trouble with stairs, or little toddlers' safety. Getting in, out, and around this house has been made more accessible with multiple bedrooms on the ground floor, a walk-in shower as well as the kitchen and main living area.

Shepherd Hills Subdivision on a ridge on eastern side of Rapid City with views of Black Hills to the west and of Ellsworth AFB and open rolling hills to the east. Amazing views throughout neighborhood, stunning sunrises and sunsets. Less than 5 minutes to Watiki waterpark, Rushmore Crossing shopping and restaurants, SAM's Club, Target, and Menards and I-90 interstate access. 10 minutes to Rapid City downtown attractions and Ellsworth AFB gates.

Entire property

This nearly 3000 square foot house includes 5 bedrooms (plus a "6th bedroom" walk-in closet with an infant crib), 3 bathrooms, 2 large living rooms, dining area with seating for 12, and a plenty of room for games, exercise, and relaxation. Enjoy amazing views, especially at night, out of the main floor living room or outdoor patio area.

Bedrooms have 2 King beds, 2 Queens, and 2 bunk beds to comfortably accommodate 12 guests. There is also an oversized walk-in closet with a full-sized crib for any infants in your family/group. Two large living rooms have seating for 6-8 each to watch favorite streaming on 65" HDTV VIZIO TV's that are super intuitive and easy to operate. 3-car garage with at least 2 stalls available for indoor parking during the majority of the year.

Perfect - spacious house in convenient location

We were in Rapid for a wedding. The house had more than enough room for 6 adults. The large basement rec room was perfect for prepping the bride and her attendants. Home Away From Home!

This was the perfect place for my family to stay while in town! The house is clean and well cared for. The hosts have anything and everything you could possibly need for your stay, and they respond in a timely manner for any questions you may have! Everyone had their own space for sleeping, the kids had the basement to hangout in, and the accommodations were perfect! Didn’t take long for us to get to any of our destinations. Family weekend

Our family of 8 adults spent the weekend here for our son's graduation from SD Mines. This home is gorgeous! New construction in a new development. The location was very convenient - easy to get to from all areas of Rapid City. The view is awesome. You're in the city with a hills view! 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed everyone space. We were expecting a 6th bedroom (the master bedroom closet is listed as a bedroom on VRBO listing), however, the space was more than adequate. The hosts were super friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely stay again if we return with a large group.
