When we arrived it was a circus. Busy, kids running around, noisy, and the card key we were given would not work in the back door. The place was full on the day we arrived. This is a value hotel - and it is important to calibrate expectations to that. It was clean. People in the next room noisy as well.

The bathroom tub had a ring of what I'm guessing was mold around it. The room could have been a little cleaner. But other than that, it was pretty quiet and was a comfortable bed to sleep in for the night

Only stayed one night because we were in town for a local car show. The staff was very helpful and our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good for free continental breakfast.

The hotel staff was very courteous. They had a shuttle to and from PNC Arena which was fabulous but only one driver and van. Loved the 12:00 checkout. Overall very happy and will stay there again.

Although shuttle was available to game, no driver was available. Big disappointment since this was one of the factors in picking this hotel.

no decent places to eat close by, nothing but breakfast in hotel, close to us 40

Location was conveniently off I40 and very close to PNC arena. Great room and quite until early morning, then I realized they must have housekeeping carts located on the 4th floor. Not a good place to sleep in. The indoor pool was nice, but too cold for us to swim in. One of the two elevators was not working properly, yet seemed to be the only one working at all. Also, when I booked the room I was charged104.00 and the Hotel check out receipt was for 79.00. When I asked the clerk about the difference she was not sure.

This was a wonderful place for a short stay on business. Complimentary coffee and cake waiting for my return from a busy day!

Very nice hotel but the breakfast wasn't up to par. Fresh fruit & more healthy menu needed

nice, clean hotel. Good location for this trip. Pool and exercise room clean. Good breakfast.

Nice, clean room with a comfortable bed Helpful nice staff. The only two things we didn't like was that it is far from everything and we had to do a lot of highway driving to get to anywhere we needed to go,and it didn't have a restaurant for lunch and dinner.By the way, there is train tracks right behind it, so get a front room if your can .Trains are going by several times throughout the day and night. We did enjoy the pool and hut tub though.

It was very positive experience, the beds were comfortable. Staff was pleasent

This hotel was much better than we expected. Only stayed one night, wish we could have stayed longer. Pool and exercise room looked good but did not get to use them.

If you don't mind a bit of noise from the nearby train tracks, this is a great place to stay if you are visiting NC State, Dorton Arena, the PNC Center, or the Art Museum.

My room was very comfortable and had all of the amenities needed for my five day business trip: microwave, fridge, iron and ironing board, and blow dryer. I had a desk to work from and a sitting area. The staff was wonderful and my room was always clean. The multitude of free breakfast choices did not hurt either! Pool, workout room, and access to washers and dryers - this hotel had it all. Great price - I will definitely be back.

I was very pleased with my stay - spacious & clean room, nice decor in lobby and building, convenience of small business center and complimentary breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience.

The hotel was easy to get to off I40 and close to all of the places we wanted to go, including the NC Museum of Art, shopping areas in Cary, and restaurants galore. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The only problem was that one of the elevators was out of service, but wait times were minimal.

I stayed here for a week. The beds were very comfortable and the room was kept very clean. The breakfast was fine, although the coffee, etc. was not refilled very often. The staff was friendly and helpful. But it would have been nice if there had been more than one person at the front desk. There was a bit of a wait sometimes.

Like morning breakfast bar. Clerk changed room for us when we checked in (to 4th floor to be away from more active 1st floor). Not all towels in new room, but staff brought up more towels when we called downstairs. Not sure housekeeping knew we were in new room because next day they didn't take towels we used and left on bathroom floor or make up bed.

Near Dorton Arena, with an indoor pool and free continental breakfast. Sound insulation was good, and staff was friendly.
