Wonderful find

We absolutely loved the property. Check in was easy with the keyless entry. Home was neat and clean as advertised. Floors were squeaky like other reviews stated, but a minor thing and would not stop me from returning again and again. Would recommend to family and friends.

Easy and quiet location to settle in with the family. Easy to head into Raleigh (for the Marble Museum with the littles!) and into Greensboro (Science Center!)

Apex stay at 820 Spackleton

The house was very accommodating for our needs. Was very updated, and clean mostly. I state mostly as the lease stated no pets. Obviously someone with cats has stayed. There was cat hair on the couch and our suitcase had cat hair on the bottom from sitting on the table just inside the door. I mentioned this as my grandson who was with us is allergic to cats and by the 5th day he was so congested with sore throat! Due to this we left a day earlier. The yards needed attending. My husband removed poison ivy from the flower bed at the front door. Also removed a large wasp nest from back bedroom window. Have pictures if needed. I got stung by something near the garage. Also have pictures of swollen hand if needed. I called the number given for contact to state we were checking out a day early, got answering machine and no one returned my call. I booked this thru VRBO but Evolve was the one sending the text and emails. First time dealing with Evolve. Overall a very nice house, would stay again. Just feel issue need to be mentioned for improvement for future stays!

Cute and clean

This house was very cute, up to date and clean. It could use new mattresses, as they are very soft and conformed. The floors do squeak, so if you had little ones trying to sleep it could be a potential issue. Overall very nice and we would stay there again.

Beautiful Property and great location close to Apex, Cary, Raleigh and Durham. Property was exactly as described and super clean. Lots of gadgets and kitchen accessories. Would definitely rebook!

Walk lightly

This was a perfect rental except for the flooring in the rooms and hallway. The floors were beautiful and clean, however, the boards below need replacing. It was so loud it would wake us up in the middle of the night when people walked on them. If you are a heavy sleeper GREAT RENTAL, GREAT COMMUNICATION, SAFE AND FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD.

Serviço de check in perfeito. Linda casa exatamente como está nas fotos. Perfeitamente limpa. Reforma recente passa sensação de aconchego. Quartos confortáveis com suíte e mais outro banheiro completo. Ambos com banheiras. Excelente localização num condomínio de belas casas e totalmente seguro. Próxima de supermercado (3 minutos de carro). Anfitriã atendeu sempre como muito carinho e rapidamente. Minha esposa e filhas amaram o local. Com certeza recomendamos esta acomodação. Tivemos um problema com a lareira mas anfitriões iriam providenciar o reparo para breve. Algumas portas precisam de regulagem para fechar melhor mas nada que tenha interferido no nosso conforto.
