Good: Good location. Apartment complex is nice. Kitchen is nicely set up and although you have to call to get check-in info, the process is easy once you know what to do. The bathroom is large and has a nice large tub/shower. Bad- The place is dumpy. The king bed is in the smaller bedroom with a shared bathroom and there are two double beds with the larger bathroom & closet. Carpet is old looking and the LVP is nicked. The furniture is old college dorm type stuff. There is a comfortable mattress on the king bed, but it is dirty (yellow stains) and covered with a thick plastic mattress cover which is hot and crinkly. The other beds are uncomfortable and the comforters poor quality. Blinds are broken and the complex lights come through. There is no interior lock on the door and during the afternoon hours, maintenance entered the apartment and called out “maintenance.” The place needs a complete overhaul. If the owner makes some major changes, it could be a nice place.
