Adjacent to Duke Univ. and just 2 blocks from the Durham Organic Co-Op Market, the popular Da Kine's Kava Bar, the delicious Grub Durham, beautiful Duke Gardens & Nasher Art Museum. Convenient to Hwy 147, I-40, I-85, RTP and RDU airport (14 min ).

The interior space is very uncluttered and clean. It is a part time home for the owner so the hall closet and certain kitchen cabinets are personal, but everything else is full access.
