Lovely and safe neighborhood. Beautiful house with everything you’d need. Comfortable beds, good layout, place had all the niceties to make it welcoming (cleaning supplies, everything you’d want in kitchen, easy to park). Stayed here with my 4 kids for a brief visit to the nearby colleges and the area. I took a run around the neighborhood and it was peaceful. I’d definitely stay again!

Due to the NATIONWIDE snowstorm, we were notified BEFORE heading to NC that our return flight home would be canceled. I immediately reached out, explaining our predicament. I worked with VRBO and the homeowner. The homeowner REFUSED to give a full-refund, stating he wouldn't be able to rent the home with such short notice. (This was 48 hours notice that we gave.) Quite frankly, NO ONE would be traveling given the impending snowstorm. I am very disappointed, given the nature of this NATIONWIDE storm that the owner would not agree to a full refund.

We had come in for a football game at UNC and the location was very convenient. Close to the airport and close to the stadium. It was perfect for the six of us and very comfortable with enough space for everyone to spread out. Very responsive owner and suppler convenient location

House is centrally located and just as described. The owner was very responsive to our questions and gave us access after checkout to grab something we forgot. We had a comfortable stay with our two boys helping us to transition during a move so our kids could finish out the school year. We would definitely recommend the property to anyone coming through the triangle area!
