Welcome to Misty's Place! This beautiful three story townhome is located conveniently to Lake Wheeler Park and only a short drive to NCSU and downtown Raleigh. Loaded amenities both inside and out!! The home has everyhting you need and the community has even more!
Come enjoy all the Triangle has to offer while being comfortable having access to a 24 hour gym, indoor and outdoor pools, playground, volleyball, basketball courts, game/arcade room, and clubhouse!
You enter the home into a foyer that has a table with all the keys and fobs you will need to take advantage of the surrounding amenities! The garage is on the left and has some items you can use at the pool or out back! In the back of the house, you will find our rec room with a HUGE sofa, SmartTV, and access to the back patio. Enjoy some popcorn on us!
Going up the stairs you will find the main living space. The kitchen is fully loaded with a large island, the dining table is great for meals or a game night, and the living room has plenty of seating. Right outside the kitchen you will find our second deck that is great for your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
The top floor has all three bedrooms and two full baths. The Primary bedroom has a KING Bed, Smart TV and ensuite. The ensuite has a dual vanity sink and spacious shower. The hall has the laundry room and other full bathroom on the way to the other bedrooms. Each room is appointed with a queen size bed and plenty of storage!
Within the nieghborhood you can find all types of amenities. The pool, clubhouse, 24hr gym, teniis courts, a playgorund and more are all able to be used by guest during their stay!
