Your home away from home in Durham with 4 lovely bedrooms and a small office area. Pet-friendly in wonderful neighborhood near great shopping, restaurants, and convenient to Duke Hospital and UNC. Enjoy your coffee on the screened porch and the peacefulness of the private backyard. Enjoy cuttings from the gardens! The luxurious primary suite occupies its own floor, with built-ins and fireplace. Primary bathroom has double sinks, expansive counter tops and spacious shower equipped with rainhead shower head. Three bedroom upstairs (or use the 3rd bedroom as a designated office - desk provided). Secondary bathroom has double sinks as well. Beautiful hardwood floors. Located near American Tobacco Trail for walking & biking. Short walk to neighborhood lake where you can enjoy fishing or canoeing or picnicking. Playground at the park for kids and pets! Cook dinner in the beautiful kitchen or on the charcoal grill outside. Thoughtfully and beautifully decorated to provide every comfort.

Great host and nice home.
The home was nice and had everything we needed. We stayed for our daughter’s law school graduation. It was close proximity to the grocery store and to Chapel Hill where the graduation took place. Dawn was a great hostess, she immediately responded to text messages when we had questions or an issues. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay
We stayed at Dawns place for 3 weeks while our house was being renovated and it was wonderful. Her home was just as advertised and perfect for my family of four and our furry friends. The screened in porch was amazing and the yard was perfect for our kids to run around and play. Dawn was very prompt to respond to my messages and kept us up to date if people had to come by the house to do yard work and such. Highly recommend

A quote stay in Durham
Beautiful spot in a quite and friendly neighborhood. We were here for a work trip and found the house to suit all our needs. The host Dawn was great. If I ever come back to Durham I will probably try to stay here.
