Clean; comfortable beds but the house could use some attention

Plenty of space, clean & comfortable beds, lovely neighborhood, convenient to shopping, restaurants and PNC arena. We were looking forward to relaxing on the nice patio and grilling, but the grill was so rusty and in need of a good cleaning. Based on the photos on the website and the owners comments on removing shoes when entering, we expected to find a house in tip-top shape. The house could use a handyman to clean up dings on the walls, shabby kitchen cabinets, old pans and a half-painted bathroom wall. Justin, the owner, was receptive to our comments when I reached out to update him on the conditions. .

Inside of home was ok, expected living room to be bigger, pics on line were deceiving. Blinds at windows need to be cleaned, too much dust. Outside back of home needs repair. Rear doors need repairing.

Grandkids visit

We enjoyed Cary a lot. The new city park/library complex with free parking is outstanding. Notarium and Over the Moon, indoor playgrounds, were close-by and great for rainy day and really hot day kids activities. Several minor issues: The back door knob does not work well. The stove vent fan assembly is rusty and needs painting.

Wonderful location and property

The home is located in a quiet community. The photos are exact. This home is very welcoming, clean and comfortable. The best part is that it is pet free so there is no animal smell. We enjoyed it so much that we booked it again when we go back to Raleigh for our sons graduation. Thank you for the hospitality and we look forward to our next stay.
