The hotel itself is nice. There is not a lot going on around the hotel. The rooftop bar is very noisy. Limited Menu. Acoustics in the place are not the best.

The service at this property is unparalleled and we travel all over. I had to check in by 11 and they were able to accommodate and even gave me an upgrade to ensure I can work in comfort. The hotel is beautiful. We used the gym and all the amenities in the common area. The pool and surrounding patio area were all so nicely decorated and beautiful. Thank you for a great stay. Will def stay here when I come to RDU area again. Walkable to many areas and restaurants all within 20 mins.

Highly recommend the Hyatt! The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable with heavenly beds, and breakfast was a great start to the day. Its location is perfect—close to fantastic restaurants and bars, making it convenient and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Parking is costly but there may be street parking that is free. Hotel is brand new. Lots of common areas. The pool is a nice space but it's in the middle of the hotel and feels like a fish bowl. Centrally located but not walkable.

The property was beautiful and very clean! Unfortunately, my entire stay was ruined by a guest that locked their dog up in the room next to mine for hours. The poor dog was barking ans whining incessantly, making it impossible to get any sleep. The front desk staff basically said there wasn't anything they could do about it and didn't even offer to switch my room or provide a discount for the inconvenience. I eventually just left and went and sat in a coffe shop to escape the noise.

Valet guys were wonderful one man particular saved my granddaughter from being hit by a A frame sign that was blowing over from the wind, the other valet gave us directions to museums she would love and even asked how we liked everything staff at hotel great I did not enjoy the high rail restaurant music was too loud and for drinks you had to buy poor selection of wine per glass or pay $70 / bottle food was ok
