This beautiful 3 story townhome is located conveniently to Lake Wheeler park (3.4 miles) and only a short drive to NCSU and downtown Raleigh (avg 9 miles). You will love the amenities this community has to offer. 24 hour gym, indoor and outdoor pools, playground, volleyball/ basketball courts, game/arcade room and a clubhouse. WOW!!!! Please note that for insurance purposes there are breed restrictions.
