This rental is a unique privately accessed, disability-friendly, eco-friendly 550 sqft mother-in-law suite inside my home featuring a comfy king sized bed, a large windowed gameroom with a pool table, a full bathroom, and small kitchenette. Indoor space is not shared. Distance from suite to RDU airport is 10 miles, 12 minutes in normal traffic.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Peaceful and convenience

If you are visiting Raleigh and need a place to stay for a few days or more, I highly recommend staying with Ben and Patti. Located in a quiet older neighborhood with beautiful giant trees, the unit is nestled in a tranquil garden setting around the back of the house. Inside is very clean and modern, and the pool table is a big yes for me! The king-size bed was very comfortable; the shower was hot and powerful. Ben was very responsive to all our needs and questions. And the beer in the frig was a nice treat after a long drive.

Welcoming and easy to access place ! Clean and safe neighbourhood, easy communication with the host and good location. Only thing I would request is to have a shower door or covering put in as it is wide open. Every shower, water splashes all over the toilet and floors making a mess. My husband and I stayed for a weekend and will absolutely be considering staying at this property again for future visits to the area. The spaces were very clean and thoughtfully stocked. Light switches and TVs were even labeled to help us navigate the space and avoid confusion! Check-in and check-out was incredibly easy which made it much easier considering our flight landed quite late and a hassle-free check-in was appreciated. Even with the property being attached to the host's house, it was very private and quiet and we did not at all feel crowded in by the hosts.

Great location for us

Such a wonderful little place to stay if you need to be in the Triangle area. There’s lots near by, in a cute and safe neighborhood. My dog and I loved walking around and exploring. The pool table was a fun touch. The host was very responsive with anything I needed. I’ll definitely be back if I’m in the area!
