Very old school motel Clean but obviously dated and very basic That said it was an awesome stay for our radium getaway with our teen son 2 bedrooms and kitchenette were perfect for us Added bonus breakfast vouchers for a nearby restaurant 3 basic breakfast choices all excellent and the restaurant is a retro cafe style, very cool I would stay again for the price and the location Not fancy but no complaints

Check in was great. Hostel room located above ours. Lots of people going in and out and quite noisy up to about 10:00. Was quiet the rest of the night so everything worked out. Would not stay here again because of all the coming and goings.

This was a great place to stay in Radium Hot Springs. The room was very clean and spacious. We love the breakfast that is included at a local cafe, Screamers. I will visit again!

The room was very clean , it said on the site breakfast included. The office does not open till 10am, so there wasno one to ask where breakfast was. That part was quite frustating, no information about breakfast at check in either.

My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights. Very friendly staff and easy check in. Motel is very old but they updated the room beautifully and it was very clean. Very reasonable priced and we were given a coupon for a small breakfast and beverage at the local icecream shop in town. An added bonus. I will stay here again if in the area.

Older but nice

This is definitely an older motel. Excellent for the age. Sounded like water running all night? Like a faucet wasn't turned off all the way. Parking is okay if you have a smaller vehicle. Limited plugs - if you need things plugged in for charging etc., one at a time is the way to go.

The fellow at reception was most welcoming and provided extra towels and toilet paper as requested. The beds were acceptable but the blanket had holes. The floors, rug and surface areas were dirty and we luckily had wipes to disinfect. Somel planks on the floor were raised enough to trip on and pieces chipped. The freezer was so iced up we could hardly get ice packs inside. There was no heat and the thermostat didn’t even have #s on it. Beware if you stay on the lower level away from road noise, as you will need to be careful maneuvering the rickety stairs. This was the most disappointing motel in all of our Hotel.com stays.

I thought for an older hotel it was really cute and cozy. I like the room. The only thing i didn't like was every now and then I'd get a wiff of dampness. It made my nose pug up on and off. The beds were super comfortable and check-in guy was awesome. Nice breakfast coupon to a nice place.

You get what you pay for the property it is older and it shows but is clean. the staff is supper friendly and it is walking distance to stores and other stuff and only 5 min drive to the hot springs!!!

This was a perfect option for budget friendly stay with all required facilities. The complimentary breakfast provided by Screamers cafe was top notch. We arrived late night but the staff had made arrangements for easy check-in. Except that we could ‘t get a parking spot near to our room, everything was good.

This property needs a lot of work! Perhaps we were given the worst room in the place because we had a pet. However. it was pretty bad! Door knob to washroom was almost falling off, the showerhead was way too short. You had to physically get into the shower just to turn it on, insufficient bed coverings. Was cold at night and had to wrap my jacket around my feet. Lighting was horrible. TV did not work, Spent a good 1/2 hr w desk staff to figure out how to get a signal Spent most of our time outside as the room was so gross. The only redeeming factor was the breakfast voucher for Screamer's. Great breakfast sandwich!!!

The room was small, but very clean. The bathroom did not have a tub, but did have a shower, though it was very small. I found the bed uncomfortable, but my husband felt it was good. Every room seems to have its own sitting area and balcony. that over looked the wooded area. We had a small family of deer and a lot of birds visit us. We were able to walk to downtown Radium and sightseeing was a short drive away. Breakfast was supplied by Screamers Ice Cream Shop and it was satisfying. Overall, the stay was great, a few things that made me give 4 out of 5. But we would definitely stay again.
