The hotel setting is superb, refined, with pleasant scents in the hallways and reception.
Special thanks to Aya at the front desk for her professionalism and kindness. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the spa was excellent (hammam & massage), though a bit pricey – which is expected for this level.
However, several disappointments: unprofessional welcome from Kamel at the rooftop restaurant, and at breakfast, although the pastries were very good, the juices were clearly industrial. The manager (a tall man in his forties) even tried to make us believe it was freshly pressed juice, which is unacceptable for a hotel charging €400 per night.
A tuna omelette was refused, and one waitress lacked basic politeness.
A beautiful hotel, but the food & beverage service clearly needs improvement.
