I arrived at the property and was informed that I wasn't on their system, leaving me in a foreign country and city with nowhere to stay. It took a week to get the money back and hours of communication.

We never got the room that we booked. The first time we were told that they didn’t have us listed in that building however they did show we were booked so they put us in another building that was supposed to be similar. The other building ADN was nice but the floors were dirty, there was foul odor coming out of the pipes, bedroom was not private like in the pictures, there was a ripped on the pillow and the stuffing was coming out. I asked the managing company to put us back in the building we originally booked and they said it was not habitable. I asked to put us in another room and they said no. In the middle of the night the wood supporting the mattress fell and we were on the floor. There is construction across the street and the noise began at 6am. Basically we didn’t sleep. I saw that the original room was available in Hotels.com so I booked it again so we could switch and when I tried to check in, I was told they don’t have any rooms available. I requested my money back from Hotels.com and also the managing company. Stay away from Adagio or ADN apartments. It is not what they advertise.

El lugar es muy bonito, tanto el edificio como la habitación, la atención es muy buena, siempre contestan, pero a mejorar lo siguiente: 1. la reserva que se suele hacer según las fotos no coincide con la habitación entregada. 2. El servicio de desayuno es solo desde las 8:30 A pesar de lo anterior es un gran lugar.
